If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Provide clear images of the damaged product along with your order number.
Our team will review your request and process the refund if applicable.
Important Notes:
Refunds will be processed only after verification of the damage.
We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or wrong selections made by the customer.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
