At Tahoor Sweets & Bakery, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a No Return Policy.

Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in the following case:

  • If the product is damaged during delivery.

How to Request a Refund?

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide clear images of the damaged product along with your order number.

  3. Our team will review your request and process the refund if applicable.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification of the damage.

  • We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or wrong selections made by the customer.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
